About the role:
As a HR Business Partner at JCB, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across a complex, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset and work closely with senior leaders and managers to ensure people strategies are recognised and aligned with business objectives.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and challenge when needed.
- Leading and supporting initiatives in organisation design, talent management, succession planning, performance, and wellbeing.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
- Supporting the delivery of leadership development and change management programmes.
- Managing complex employee relations issues and supporting operational HR activity across a multi-site structure.
- Acting as the link between the business and the wider HR function to shape effective policies and people practices.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and embedding the company’s values across all people activity.
This will be suited to you if…
- You have experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, fast-paced organisation.
- You’ve led on change programmes and developed leadership capability in complex environments.
- You have a strong understanding of employee relations, organisational development, and performance management.
- You’re proactive, commercially minded, and skilled at balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
What happens next?
