About the role:

As an OEM Powertrain Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping develop and deliver on-brand marketing campaigns that are every bit as innovative as our products.

Working closely with Global Sales Managers, you'll help shape the strategic direction of the OEM business at JCB Power Systems, supporting growth across engine, axle and transmission sales. This varied position offers the opportunity to support events, filming projects, distributor visits and customer engagements.

What does this role involve day to day?

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies to support JCB Powertrains OEM engine business and wider drivetrain marketing activities
• Manage digital marketing activity including social media, campaign planning, content creation and virtual platform development
• Coordinate CGI creation, product photography and other marketing communications assets
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget on time
• Brief and coordinate digital and print advertising campaigns with internal creative teams
• Create, maintain and manage product literature, translations and annual publications
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of show-prepared engines for exhibitions and events
• Organise customer testimonials, distributor interviews and video content
• Produce press releases and editorial content with external agencies
• Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, including the "Powerful Possibilities" campaign
• Manage JCB Powertrain merchandise
• Provide commercial support through sales data analysis and reporting
• Support CRM activities alongside the sales team

This will be suited to you if…

• You're a self-motivated, driven individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects
• You have B2B marketing experience and can demonstrate successful campaign delivery
• You hold a Marketing, Business or Engineering Diploma or Degree or similar
• You are comfortable presenting and communicating with Senior Managers
• You have good commercial awareness and experience aligning within budgets and project plans
• You are enthusiastic about learning new skills and undertaking further training
• You have knowledge of the off-highway market (advantageous but not essential)
