About the role:
Please note: You must be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including days and nights, to meet operational requirements.
What does this role involve day to day?
• Co-ordinating daily production activities to meet customer requirements and production plans.
• Monitoring and improving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment (SQDCPE) metrics.
• Leading, motivating and developing team members to promote high levels of engagement, accountability and morale.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimise processes and reduce waste.
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
• Making effective decisions to resolve operational challenges and maintain production performance.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to achieve shared objectives.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and operational excellence in a busy production environment.
This will be suited to you if…
• You have experience working in a high-volume production or manufacturing environment.
• You have previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• You are an excellent communicator and can build positive working relationships at all levels of the business.
• You have a collaborative, team-focused approach and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
• You are passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering operational excellence.
• You have a proven ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance within a fast-paced environment.
