About the role

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Aftersales / Service Manager based in to lead and develop the aftersales performance of our dealer network across Saudi Arabia. This is a key customer-facing role responsible for driving parts and service revenue growth, improving dealer performance, reducing machine downtime, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Working closely with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders, you’ll provide both commercial and technical support, ensuring aftersales excellence across the region. You’ll play a critical role in delivering profitability targets, improving service standards, and strengthening dealer capability through training, development, and strategic business planning.

This role requires regular travel across the region to support dealers and customers, build relationships, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.

 

What does this role involve day to day?

Own the commercial performance of the aftersales business across the region, including parts, service, and labour sales.

Achieve agreed revenue, margin, profitability, and growth targets within the dealer network.

Provide technical support and guidance to dealers to help reduce machine downtime and improve customer satisfaction.

Develop, implement, and monitor aftersales KPIs and reporting systems to drive performance improvements across the dealer network.

Conduct regular dealer business reviews, analysing monthly performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing corrective action plans where required.

Design and deliver aftersales campaigns to increase parts sales, service activity, market penetration, and customer retention.

Build strong relationships with dealers and provide strategic commercial support to improve business performance and profitability.

Conduct regular customer visits alongside dealer Parts and Service Sales Representatives (PSSRs) to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.

Represent customer interests within the business and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, reduce downtime, and improve overall customer experience.

Support root cause investigations and failure analysis activities to improve machine reliability, product quality, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Manage escalated customer concerns through effective stakeholder engagement and resolution management.

Monitor dealer service development plans, ensuring progress and compliance with company standards.

Coordinate dealer technical training programmes and identify development opportunities to strengthen technical capability.

Work collaboratively with the UK Aftersales team to ensure effective support for dealers and customers.

Support new product introductions, ensuring dealers are prepared to provide the required levels of service and technical support.

Track field service improvements and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.

Produce accurate and timely reports following dealer and customer visits.

 

This will be suited to you if…

You have 3-5 years' experience in a commercial Aftersales, Service, or Technical Service role within the automotive, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or related industries.

You have experience managing and developing dealer networks, particularly within technical service and aftersales environments.

You possess strong commercial awareness and understand how to drive profitability through pricing strategies, service growth, and operational improvements.

You are comfortable analysing business performance data and are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You have experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP.

You hold an HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent engineering qualification, although significant relevant experience and technical capability will also be considered.

You have a strong technical understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, transmissions, tracked machinery, and wheeled equipment.

You are a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, from dealer management teams to end customers.

You are highly accountable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and reliability.

You are capable of balancing commercial objectives with customer service excellence.

You are fluent in English. Additional language skills in Arabic and/or French would be advantageous.
