About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Parts Sales Manager to lead the Aftersales Parts business across the Nordic region. Reporting directly to the JCB Nordics General Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the JCB Aftersales European Parts Manager, this role is responsible for driving sustainable growth across Parts and Attachments, improving dealer performance, and enhancing customer experience throughout the region.

This is a strategic leadership position for an individual with a strong track record in the construction equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive, truck, or related industries. You’ll own the regional Parts P&L, develop and execute the Aftersales strategy, and work closely with dealers, key accounts, and European leadership teams to deliver commercial success.

What does this role involve day to day?

Own the Nordic Aftersales Parts and Attachments P&L, delivering revenue, margin and market share growth.

Develop and execute the regional Aftersales strategy in line with business objectives.

Drive Parts and Attachments sales through pricing, campaigns and route-to-market initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with mono-brand and multi-brand dealer partners to improve performance and profitability.

Lead initiatives that enhance dealer standards, customer retention and overall network effectiveness.

Improve inventory performance, including availability, stock turns and obsolescence management.

Drive customer satisfaction and dealer loyalty through a strong customer-focused approach.

Lead the adoption of digital Aftersales solutions, including telematics and predictive maintenance services.

Use business data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.

Coach and develop dealer-facing teams to build capability and accountability.

Partner with key accounts to maximise uptime, retention and aftermarket revenue.

Represent the Nordics region in European Aftersales discussions and strategic initiatives.

Key measures of success will include:

Growth in Parts and Attachments revenue and market share.

Improved dealer loyalty and customer satisfaction scores.

Enhanced inventory health through improved availability and reduced obsolescence.

Improved service performance, including response times, first-time fix rates and productivity.

Increased telematics activation, utilisation and conversion into Aftersales revenue.

Improved dealer audit outcomes, standards compliance and action plan completion.

Increased customer retention and overall customer experience performance.

This will be suited to you if…

You have 10+ years' experience in Aftersales leadership within the construction equipment, agricultural machinery or related industries.

You have at least 5 years' experience managing a P&L, leading regional or national teams and delivering measurable commercial results.

You have experience working with both mono-brand and multi-brand dealer networks, as well as key account customers.

You possess strong commercial acumen and can confidently balance revenue growth, profitability and inventory performance.

You have a proven ability to develop dealer capability and deliver sustained performance improvement.

You're a strategic thinker who can translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable plans.

You're comfortable influencing a variety of stakeholders, from dealer principals and customers to senior regional and European leadership teams.

You have experience leading business transformation initiatives, particularly around after sales growth, pricing, telematics or route-to-market optimisation.

You're a strong people leader with a passion for coaching, developing talent and creating high-performing teams.

You're customer-focused and understand the critical role Aftersales plays in maximising equipment uptime and customer loyalty.

You're highly data-driven and confident using analytics, digital tools and telematics insights to improve business performance.

You possess excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

You demonstrate resilience, accountability and professionalism in a fast-paced commercial environment.

You uphold the highest standards of integrity, governance and compliance.
