  • Drive improvement in supplier Quality & Warranty performance through quality clinics.
  • Lead and deliver closure on all escalated supplier Quality and Warranty concerns.
  • Work with the critical suppliers to ensure their capability is proven and action plans are all in place.
  • Manage and resolve escalated supplier delivery and capacity concerns, ensuring sustainable and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance to protect business continuity.
  • Conduct onboarding, quality and category process audits to identify and mitigate risk and ensure compliance to JCB standards.
  • Lead the Launch Readiness activity to ensure that an appropriate programme is in place, executed and reported.
  • Support machine specific improvement programme that supports Quality objectives and closes current product PCM’s.
  • Travel will be required domestically and Internationally to visit suppliers

This will be suited to you if…

  • You have significant experience in supplier development, manufacturing, engineering or quality within a global organisation
  • You have strong knowledge of Total Quality Management, QMS and auditing processes
  • You’re highly experienced in APQP, PPAP and New Product Introduction processes
  • You have a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • You’re confident applying structured problem solving techniques such as 8D
  • You have experience assessing supplier capacity and capability in a production environment
  • You hold a degree (or equivalent) in engineering, manufacturing or a related discipline
  • You’re a strong communicator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • You’re proactive, self‑motivated and take ownership of delivering measurable results
