The Opportunity – Regional Sales Manager | JCB Power & Access Products - Argentina B1638BEA

About the role:

In your role as Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for to develop and execute the commercial strategy for JCB Power & Access Products in Hispanic countries, maximizing sales, meeting market share targets, and strengthening the dealer network and relationships with key clients, while adhering to JCB policies.

 

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Meet the annual sales plan.
  • Develop and implement the 5-Year Plan global strategy for the region.
  • Develop and execute the Operational Plan in conjunction with the dealer.
  • Manage and develop the dealer network, together with the Network Development team.
  • Support the development of new clients and key accounts.
  • Analyze the market and competition to develop strategic plans for different countries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in product, marketing, after-sales, logistics, and finance.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

 

This will be suited to you if

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced (+3 years) in technical sales or similar roles inthe power generator  with experience in the Aerial Work Platform (Access) industry considered an advantage.
  • Ability to provide technical training (Knowledge of product fundamentals)
  • Fluent in  English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Weekly trips - 50% of the total working time traveling
  • Position to Buenos Aires City - Presential
  • Leadership, communication and strategic planning skills
