About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of specialised goods, maintaining stock accuracy, managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and supporting compliance with both local and international movement of goods, including export regulations and legislation.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to customer uptime, service, and fulfilment excellence.

What does this role involve day to day?
· Stock allocation
· Generate and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading using SAP and internal systems
· Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods
· Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory processes
· Ensure compliance with export regulations and international shipping requirements
· Provide general administrative and operational support as required
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
· Experience in logistics, ideally with a capital goods import distribution environment
· Knowledge of international export documentation and compliance requirements
· Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail
· A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· A customer-focused mindset
