About the role:

As a Graphic Designer at JCB, you’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative creative team where versatility, creativity, and enthusiasm are key. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is confident balancing strategic thinking with practical design delivery.

You’ll play an important role in shaping how the JCB brand is experienced across multiple platforms and environments, supporting everything from concept development through to final execution. You’ll also be involved in client meetings and pitches, contributing ideas and helping inspire both colleagues and stakeholders.

What does this role involve day to day?

Day to day, you’ll work from brief to completion, taking ownership of creative projects and bringing concepts to life with clarity and impact.

Your work will include:

• Developing creative concepts and delivering high quality design solutions aligned to the JCB brand

• Designing across a wide range of formats including brand environments, interactive displays, digital content, social media campaigns, video storyboards, animations, and some print

• Supporting brand development and ensuring consistent visual identity across all outputs

• Collaborating closely with fellow designers, stakeholders, and clients during meetings and pitches

• Contributing ideas, visual direction, and creative problem solving within a fast-paced studio environment

• Managing multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and quality

• Being hands-on with design execution while remaining commercially and creatively aware

No two days will be the same, and you’ll be trusted to bring energy, ideas, and professionalism to everything you work on.

This will be suited to you if…

This role will suit you if you’re a creative, collaborative designer who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality, engaging visual work.

• Have 3+ years’ experience within an agency or in-house creative team

• Are confident working collaboratively and enjoy contributing to a shared creative vision

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your workload

• Have a strong conceptual and visualisation ability

• Possess an excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

• Have strong listening and communication skills, and are comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues

• Are happy to work on site in Staffordshire as part of a studio-based team

• Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for design and branding

If you enjoy creating compelling visuals, working with a respected global brand, and being part of a supportive creative team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make your mark at JCB.
