  • Creating and implementing structured aftermarket sales and marketing plans tailored to your territory.
  • Running sales campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive performance at national and local level.
  • Reviewing dealer parts operations, identifying gaps in training, stock management, product range and system usage.
  • Visiting dealers and customers across Central Europe to assess satisfaction, understand needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and analysing lost sales to develop corrective actions with dealers.
  • Promoting aftersales programmes including Extended Warranty, Service Plans, LiveLink renewals and refurbishment initiatives.
  • Conducting monthly performance reviews with Aftermarket or Service & Parts Directors, and half‑yearly reviews with Dealer Principals.
  • Preparing regional sales forecasts and analysing results to spot trends, challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Delivering retail promotions, customer focus programmes and service marketing activities.
  • Conducting competitor surveys and customer satisfaction surveys where needed.
  • Advising on pricing requirements to support competitiveness while protecting profit.
  • Ensuring dealers operate efficiently through effective ordering (SAP/FTP/Syncron), stock management and availability.
  • Developing and delivering training plans on JCB systems, SAP Portal, marketing programmes and product knowledge.
