·       Develop dealer aftersales capability (training, stock, service actions, digital channels, key accounts).

·       Identify new product opportunities and share insights with JCB product teams.

·       Improve service contract penetration, machine health checks, service uptake and Livelink renewals.

·       Carry out regular dealer reviews and performance discussions.

·       Support long‑term growth plans (12‑ and 60‑month) for your dealers.

·       Manage dealer target structures and maximise engagement with JCB programmes.

·       Communicate consistently and clearly about new initiatives and updates.

·       Support people development and future capability across the dealer network.

This will be suited to you if…

You have experience in aftersales within automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural or construction sectors, and you bring:

Skills & Qualities:

·       Strong communication and influencing ability at all levels.

·       Excellent organisation, time management and the confidence to challenge constructively.

·       A customer‑focused approach with resilience and the ability to manage change.

·       Analytical skills to identify opportunities across data sets.

·       A collaborative yet independent working style.

·       Commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems.

Knowledge:

·       Understanding of manufacturer/dealer operations and B2B customer relationships.

·       Commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.

·       Ability to interpret management accounts and market trends.

·       Emotional intelligence, strong judgement and a flexible, solutions‑focused mindset.

·       Confidence to propose new ways of working and adapt to change.
