About the role:
We’re looking for a Modern Workplace Manager who’s passionate about making work easier, smarter and more connected for everyone across the organisation. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery and improvement of the tools, devices and workplace services our people rely on every day; from laptops and collaboration tools to identity, security and modern work platforms.
You’ll play a key part in shaping how we work as a business, making sure our technology is reliable, secure and designed around user experience. You’ll work closely with teams across IT, operations, and the wider business to support a consistent and modern digital workplace for both office‑based and operational colleagues.

What does this role involve day to day?
· Deliver and oversee all Modern Work & EUC services across the organisation
· Manage device provisioning, lifecycle, patching, and endpoint compliance
· Monitor and maintain service reliability, availability, and performance
· Work with Cyber Security on secure access, identity, and compliance
· Support rollout and adoption of new tools, updates, and M365 changes
· Act as the operational point of contact for vendors and service providers
· Track SLAs, KPIs and manage escalations when required
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and improve user experience
· Use service data, incident trends, and feedback to drive improvements
· Contribute to EUC standards, roadmaps, governance, and risk management
