About the opportunity:

Are you passionate about problem-solving, innovation, or how businesses operate? Our work experience programme offers a unique opportunity to explore both engineering and business functions within a global forward-thinking organisation.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to areas such as:

· Engineering: Design, testing, manufacturing, systems, and sustainability

· Business Functions: Project management, finance, HR, marketing, and operations

What does this involve day to day?

· You’ll shadow professionals across Engineering and Business teams

· You’ll participate in real-world tasks and mini-projects

· You’ll attend career talks and skills workshops

· You’ll learn how technical and commercial teams collaborate

We run work experience programmes during selected weeks throughout the year. Spaces are limited, so early application is encouraged.
