About the role:

As Aftermarket Product Specialist – Tyres, Tracks & Wear Parts, you’ll play a key role in one of JCB’s biggest aftersales growth opportunities. With the continued success of our machine sales, the demand for servicing and aftermarket products is greater than ever and we’re looking for someone with energy, insight, and leadership qualities to help us meet that demand.

You’ll support the development and execution of product strategies that drive sales performance, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen our competitive position in the market. This is a high-impact role where your ideas and actions will directly influence our global aftermarket success.

What does this role involve day to day?

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Product Manager and Regional Sales Teams to understand market needs and deliver targeted solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and implementing initiatives to grow product sales across tyres, tracks, and wear parts
  • Analysing market trends and customer requirements to shape product roadmaps
  • Collaborating with regional teams to develop market-specific offerings and promotional strategies
  • Leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver product lifecycle success
  • Monitoring performance and market positioning, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Engaging with dealers and customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing JCB at customer and dealer visits, and industry events

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to influence product development and sales performance across global markets.

This will be suited to you if…

  • You have a passion for machinery or vehicle servicing, with strong technical and commercial understanding of tyres, tracks, and wear parts
  • You’re enthusiastic about customer and dealer engagement, and aspire to become an industry expert
  • You have a growth mindset, with a drive to succeed and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • You’re analytical, with experience in developing and delivering sales growth strategies
  • You have strong interpersonal confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • You bring experience in parts sales, leading change, and developing product strategies that drive loyalty and profitability
  • You’re motivated by achieving challenging goals and thrive in cross-functional environments
  • You have commercial acumen, with the ability to construct, analyse, and present compelling business cases
