As part of our ambitious 5-year growth plans, JCB is expanding in North America through investment in a new manufacturing site in San Antonio, Texas. The site is currently under construction with a plan to open in 2026 and ramp up in 2027.
As we prepare the site, we’re seeking existing JCB employees who wish to develop their careers on an international stage and contribute to the commissioning / organisation of the plant and support the development of the supply chain to ensure that this becomes a world- class JCB facility.
Through temporary secondments of up to 2 years’ duration, current opportunities are for employees with proven experience in the following professions:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Purchasing and Supplier Development
- Materials and Logistics
