About the role:
Based at our global headquarters in Rocester Staffordshire, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Supply Manager. Through your energy, leadership, and project management skills, you’ll help deliver our ambitious growth by ensuring that our order to cash processes operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis whilst also evolving them to meet our future needs.
What does this role involve day to day?
• You’ll own the UK Group order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate, efficient, and legal operations, with accountability for our UK based OTC operations, oversight of our European OTC operations, and collaboration with our North American, South American, Asian, and Indian OTC operations.
• You’ll develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of business processes.
• You’ll lead and develop a small, experienced UK team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regional Sales, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT to manage and deliver a roadmap of enhancements, optimising today’s capabilities and building new capabilities to deliver future growth.
• You’ll drive global initiatives to realise value at scale, via best practice and standardisation.
• You’ll coordinate end-to-end cross functional testing of solution enhancements and system upgrades.
• You’ll act as a subject matter expert for Sales Supply processes and systems, providing guidance and training to team members, users and other stakeholders.
This will be suited to you if…
• You’ve got proven experience (5+ years) in a senior order-to-cash or similar business process leadership role within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• You have demonstrable experience in driving business improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a small team effectively.
• You have excellent understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process and its impact on business performance.
• You’ve got exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• You can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
• You’ve got experience of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Sales & Distribution (SD) modules would be beneficial.
