What does this role involve day to day?

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of launching new products, creating compelling marketing collateral that captures attention and drives results. You’ll develop strategic plans, write engaging briefs, and deliver global marketing communications that support our sales targets with clear, measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with product specialists to understand our diverse range of machines and customer needs. Collaborating with our in-house design, digital marketing, and events teams, you’ll bring ideas to life across the channels that matter most to our audience.

Your work will also shape the customer journey on JCB.com—ensuring visitors quickly find the information they need to make informed decisions. You’ll partner with regional teams to amplify our message in local markets, generate qualified leads, and track the impact of your campaigns.

A key part of your role will be supporting JCB’s Road to Zero initiative, gaining insight into our pioneering work in electric, hydrogen, and emerging fuel technologies. You’ll help us continue leading the way in sustainable innovation.

This will be suited to you if

• You have experience in B2B marketing. A marketing degree is preferred, but not essential—your creativity and passion are what matter most.
• You’re highly creative and confident in organising, storyboarding, and executing content creation, including photo and video shoots.
• You’re skilled in developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that blend digital and physical communications to create a lasting impact.
• You’re an excellent communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels—from product directors to apprentices—and work effectively with global teams.
• You bring a commercial mindset, keeping projects on budget and aligned with our sales strategy.

What happens next?

Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs. If shortlisted, you’ll speak to one of our Recruiters to discuss the role further.
