About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead and supervise marketing activities across our dealer network in the Middle East, Africa and CIS countries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and maximize dealer performance across the region. Please note this role will be based in Dubai.
What does this role involve day to day?
Strategic Planning:
•You’ll develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the company’s global objectives and drive dealer success.
•You’ll boost JCB brand awareness in the area of Heavy Line products (excavators, front loaders, rollers).
•Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Dealer Support and Supervision:
•You’ll guide and support dealers in the development and execution of local marketing initiatives.
•Conduct training sessions, workshops and meetings to enhance dealer marketing capabilities and ensure consistency with brand standards.
Campaign Management:
•Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets, including lead generation campaigns.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
•Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while maximizing return on investment.
•Track and report on marketing expenditures and outcomes.
Collaboration:
•You’ll work closely with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and objectives as well as fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Performance Analysis:
•You’ll monitor and report on the performance of regional marketing initiatives and dealer activities.
•Use insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing efforts.
This will be suited to you if…
•You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in marketing
•You have proven experience in a marketing management role; the construction equipment industry is preferable, though not essential.
•You have a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
•You’re a skilled leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•You are willing to travel as required to support dealer marketing activities
•You're fluent in spoken and written English
