About the role:
In your role as Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working along the dealership, managing day-to-day relationship, visiting dealers and customers, follow up and keeping track of deals ongoing as well as monitoring bank order. Also, you will be responsible for implement action plans agreed with dealers to support business growth.
What does this role involve day to day?
· Meet sales objectives.
· Meet market share established.
· Follow up on orders management as well as retail sales.
· Implementing action plans agreed with dealers.
· Establish links with key customers in each of the territories, in the different markets where our products are applied.
· Develop and strengthen the distribution network.
· Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty.
· Follow up Market and imports of countries under your responsibility.
This will be suited to you if
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experienced (+5 years) in Sales and experienced in our segment or related industries.
· Ability to provide technical training (Knowledge of product fundamentals)
· Fluent in Spanish and English
· Willingness to travel (Weekly trips - 60% of the total working time traveling)
· Position to Santiago de Chile city – Presential
