About the role:
We are searching for an experienced and driven Ecommerce Website Analyst to support our Ecommerce project and be responsible for the performance of our website. You will be responsible for analysing website data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve the user experience and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven analyst with a proven track record of success in ecommerce, possessing a strong understanding of website analytics, digital marketing, and customer behaviour.
What does this role involve day to day?
Website Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behaviour.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
• Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Utilize data to inform and support ecommerce strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve website performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements and improve user experience.
Customer Behaviour Analysis:
• Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing and ecommerce strategies.
• Work with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
• Provide recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for ecommerce initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
This will be suited to you if
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have a proven track record of success within ecommerce, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in website analysis.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• You have a deep understanding of website analytics tools and best practices.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
