About the role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our Payroll and Benefits team in Rocester, Staffordshire. The role is immediately available.
You will play a key role within the Payroll & Benefits team in providing effective and efficient administration in the delivery of service, support and advice to employees and liaison with third party providers as required.
This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and the chance to be involved in and deliver projects alongside your administration workload.
What does this role involve day to day?
· Maintenance of employee benefit and payroll data and the updating of benefit membership data to third party providers
· Day to day management of queries via post, email inbox and telephone
· Manage the completion of month end and year end reconciliations and benefit renewals
· Liaising with benefit providers in resolving queries
· Support the preparation and running of annual processes, including the annual pay and bonus reviews.
· Provide regular updates to analytics for management information.
This will be suited to you if
· You’re able to deliver excellent customer service at all times with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· You have proven experience in an administration role and looking to further their career in the Payroll and Benefits function
· You’ve experience of providing customer service and interacting with people
· You’re experienced with HRIS systems
· You’re confident communication style and able to deal with queries efficiently and competently
· You have the Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Able to work within an established team and with experience of working with high volumes and tight deadlines, with personal accountability to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst demonstrating careful diligence and adhering to all mandatory audit requirements
