About the role:
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this is a key role within the International HR department based at the JCB World Headquarters. The International HR department is responsible for global mobility and international employment within JCB, including international assignments and permanent transfers to more than 30 Countries. Primary responsibilities include compliance reporting, invoice processing, vendor management, accommodation/subsistence support and being the primary contact for employees regarding their overseas moves.
We’re looking for an organised, detail focused and highly motivated individual to provide support to our employees relocating across the globe. This area covers international assignments, immigration, and global tax.
What does this role involve day to day?
• First point of contact for all sponsorship, assignment, relocation and right to work queries
• Invoice processing
• Deal with inbox enquiries in a timely manner
• Initiation of new visa cases
• Healthcare onboarding
• Managing our global vendors
• Awareness of GDPR, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high attention to detail in administrative and organisational tasks
• Update new starters and leavers on our HR system
• Ad-hoc projects
• Prepare and issue communications regarding right to work status
• Hold induction meetings for new starters
This will be suited to you if
• You have strong organisational and time management skills
• You’re a proactive worker
• You have an adaptable and flexible working approach – able to adjust quickly according to changing demands and priorities
• You’re able to build solid relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures
• You have excellent communication skills written and verbal
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• You’re able to deliver professionalism
What happens next?
