About the role:

In 2007 JCB connected its first machine and since then has been leading the delivery of LiveLink, its industry leading telematics offering fitted to over 500,000 machines globally. We’re seeking a dynamic marketing specialist to drive the growth of this critical business area.

In this role, you will develop and enhance JCB’s Telematics marketing strategies, to improve customer experience and drive aftermarket revenue. As part of our Aftermarket division, you’ll be responsible for contributing to overall growth, user experience and delivering targeted communications through our global dealer network, as well as directly to customers.

 What does this role involve day to day?

· Developing marketing strategies and promotional material to increase LiveLink adoption and raise awareness

· Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the global dealer network

· Identifying opportunities for growth, utilising digital strategies and reporting performance against targets

· Creating and implement marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth

· Working with wider group marketing teams to ensure a joined up omni-channel approach

· Send email communication for new releases, campaigns and other promotional activity

· Managing internal, dealer and customer training to ensure all stakeholders are confident using the platform, including training material, how to videos and step by step guides

· Presenting to both dealers and customers, showcasing the platform and driving engagement

· Managing weekly and monthly commercial activities

· Representing LiveLink at exhibitions/events to promote the platform and take enquires

· Assisting the wider LiveLink team with commercial topics, product development, UI changes and overall strategy

This will be suited to you if

· You have experience of telematics systems and B2B marketing, as well as the construction or agricultural machinery market.

· You have a good understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies.

· You have strong copywriting and communication skills

· You are data-driven with experience in analytics and campaign performance tracking.

· You have the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

· You have familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools.

· You have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands the importance of both the brand and the customer; always putting their needs first.

· You are confident when public speaking or delivering training

· You are independent and self-directed but able to work as part of a team.
