What does this role involve day to day?

Managing a multifunctional product marketing team, you’ll work with key stakeholders to develop a clear roadmap to grow the Global Backhoe Loader business in-line with our five-year plan. Identifying both short and longer-term growth opportunities, your focus will be to drive the product, sales and marketing strategy for the top ten BHL markets, To do this, you’ll produce a clear and aligned product strategy for the global supply of Backhoe Loaders – having visited these key regions to fully understand their home markets and competitors, enabling you to carry out S.W.O.T analysis. This will consider a multi-tier product offering, sourced from numerous production facilities around the world, as well as providing the product specification and commercial input into the new product introduction process (NPIP).

 

This will be suited to you if

·       You are degree qualified in Engineering, Product Marketing, Business or equivalent.

·       You demonstrate the ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team.

·       You are committed to transforming and growing the business in line with company goals.

·       You have a strategic mind-set and outstanding communication skills at all levels. 

·       You are a highly driven leader with strong product marketing and change management experience, you must also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the construction industry and our competitors.
