What does the User Interface Design Graduate Scheme involve day to day?
We’re looking for ambitious designers to shape our next generation and future machines. We’re in an era where exciting technologies are changing the way our machines are used. We need the most talented designers to define how our machines look and how our customers interact with them. You’ll be part of a passionate team working together to create brilliant customer experiences.
We’ll provide knowledge and real work experience to maximise your potential with the opportunity to influence and inform future product direction. You’ll complete your scheme as part of our busy in-house User Interface Design team producing user interface solutions for machines and overseeing designs to production in conjunction with other engineering colleagues.
What’s in it for you?
This is your chance to join a company that’s not only picking up awards for its Early Careers schemes but also opens up opportunities for the long term. On a JCB Early Careers Scheme as a standard you’ll get a competitive salary, 33 days’ holiday, and access to our company pension. Not only that, but you’ll also benefit from access to our onsite gym, in-house doctor, dentist and visiting optician. There’s also a JCB Rewards Hub, which gives you discounts at many high street fashion and food retailers. And if you feel like biking to work? There’s our Cycle to Work Scheme.
