What does the Commis Chef Apprenticeship Scheme involve day to day?

·       Working alongside our experienced chefs to prepare and deliver high quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.

·       Learning essential culinary techniques, from food preparation to plating and presentation.

·       Supporting the team with daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

·       Contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

·       Studying towards your Level 2 Commis Chef qualification with structured learning and dedicated mentor support.

This will be suited to you if...

·       You have a genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in the culinary industry.

·       You have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop.

·       You have good communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude.

·       You have a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

·       No prior experience required, just your enthusiasm and drive.
