The Opportunity - Industrial Design Graduate Scheme

Start Date - September 2025 for 18 months

Starting Salary- £30,000

Minimum Entry Criteria – You’ll need to be near to, or have completed, an appropriate bachelor’s or master’s degree such as Automotive, Industrial, Product Design, Interaction or Digital Design and must be on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher

What does the Industrial Design Graduate Scheme involve day-to-day?

We’re looking for ambitious designers to shape our next generation and future machines.  We’re in an era where exciting technologies are changing the way our machines are used.  We need the most talented designers to define how our machines look and how our customers interact with them.  You’ll join a passionate team working together to create brilliant customer experiences.

We’ll provide knowledge and real work experience to maximise your potential with the opportunity to influence and inform future product direction.  You’ll complete your scheme as part of our busy Industrial Design team working alongside experienced colleagues and previous Graduates.

 

What comes next?

  1. We’ll be shortlisting and sending out links to our online assessments in December 2024/ January 2025.
  2. Through December 2024 to February 2025, if you've been shortlisted following your online assessment you will be sent an invite to one of our in-person Assessment Centres.
  3. In-person Assessment Centres will take place from January to April 2025.
  4. We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the Assessment Centre has taken place. 
  5. All of our apprentices and graduates will start their exciting journeys with a full induction week in September 2025!
