The Opportunity - Product Support Graduate
Start Date - September 2025, typically for 18 months
Minimum Entry Criteria - You need to be near to, or have completed within the last 2 years, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and must be on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher within an engineering discipline due to the nature of the role requiring engineering knowledge based around our products to support our customers.

You have well developed communication and listening skills, can analyse data, generate improvement plans and have a sound mechanical background.
What does a Product Support Graduate scheme involve day to day?
Aftermarket business, working closely with Product Engineering departments on current production models as well as new ones in development, with particular focus on defect understanding, prevention, and resolution. You’ll work on projects that develop your technical proficiency of JCB products as well as experience of our business systems and infrastructure that supports our machines and customers. You’ll have the unique chance to work with our global dealer network, so you gain a thorough appreciation of how we do business and support our customers.

Field Service Management - Leading teams out in the field, exceeding our customers’ needs
Warranty Management - Dive into the intricate world of product warranties and become the guardian of customer satisfaction
Connected Technologies Support and Management - Be a pioneer in exploring the future of connected machinery, connecting our products to the digital age
Customer Quality Management - You’ll collate feedback from the field, analyse warranty data, and tap into the wealth of insights from our connected machines
