What does the Business Degree Apprenticeship Scheme involve day to day?

Over 3-4 years, our Business Degree Apprenticeship will equip you for a lifetime of boundary-pushing work in a career that could take you to any of the four continents in which we operate. Upon graduation, you’ll earn a BA Honours in Business Management and Leadership. This program is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, which means that if you succeed, you’ll also achieve Chartered Manager status.

You’ll explore various functions, dedicating six months to different business areas such as Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Aftermarkets, HR, and Marketing. This journey provides you with invaluable experience, helping you discover your strengths and passions. The program integrates practical work experience with academic learning, featuring dedicated study blocks at Derby University. As a Business Degree Apprentice, you’ll develop a strong sense of responsibility, taking the lead on projects where you can truly make an impact.

Our business is always innovating, and our business professionals will be in your corner throughout the programme, coaching you in just how we do it. There are no barriers gaining exposure to the senior leadership team here - you’ll have direct, one-on-one access to all their expertise. Even though we’re global, we’re still a family business and, with the close support you’ll receive, it’ll really feel like it. It’s what makes our Degree Apprenticeship such a special learning experience.

What comes next?

  1. We’ll be shortlisting and sending out links to our online assessments in November/December 2024.
  2. Through December 2024 to February 2025, if you've been shortlisted following your online assessment you will be sent an invite to one of our in-person Assessment Centres.
  3. In-person Assessment Centres will take place from January to April 2025.
  4. We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the Assessment Centre has taken place.
  5. All of our apprentices and graduates will start their exciting journeys with a full induction week in September 2025!

What’s in it for you?
