We currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operations team at JCBs World Headquarters in Staffordshire.
This permanent role is immediately available.
Overview of the role:
This position is well suited to an HR professional that can hit the ground running within an established function. As a key member of the HR partnering team, you’ll be leading on, and contributing to, a wide range of HR initiatives and programs that align with the business goals and values, and as such you will need to be suitably qualified and experienced, with prior exposure in a large organisation. You will partner with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Naturally, you’ll build effective relationships across the wider HR function and centres of expertise, and will use these relationships to implement effective people strategies within the wider business encompassing Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Wellbeing. You will analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement – promoting a true people focussed culture.
You will represent the needs of the business to help shape HR planning, policies, and procedures, achieving both short and long-term needs.
About you:
As well as being a well-versed HR Business Partner (ideally with prior HR Business Partnering experience within Corporate functions, including Leisure and/or Hospitality), you’ll tackle your role with a partnership-style approach. Proactive stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence, engage and drive activity are essential.
We need you to have led on complex HR and Employee Relations activity, as well as having worked as part of an HR operations team that supports a diverse, fast paced organisation.
